The Project Manager will oversee the execution and management of construction projects, ensuring that budgets are managed, safety standards are met, and all project control activities are efficiently executed across our Greater Toronto Area operations. Additional certifications such as PMP is an asset. * Solid understanding of construction financials and cost management. * In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices. * Proven experience in construction management with an ability to lead diverse teams. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and teams. * Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and compliance requirements. * Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. * take responsibility for your success and failure. * believe in delivering excellence. * find solutions to problems that stop others from forging ahead. * are a forward thinker. * are resilient in overcoming obstacles and have deep dedication towards your work Key Responsibilities: * Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to meet scope, schedule, and client specifications. Coordinate resources and ensure timely delivery. * Budget Control: Monitor and manage project budgets with accurate cost reporting and accountability. * Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Conduct team meetings and maintain collaboration. * Safety Oversight: Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols to maintain compliance and a safe work environment. * Quality Assurance: Inspect sites to ensure work meets high-quality standards and client expectations. * Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely updates and issue resolution. * Risk Mitigation: Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track. * Permitting & Compliance: Secure required permits and ensure alignment with local codes and regulations. * Documentation Management: Use tools like Procore to track and log project data, including reports, RFIs, and approvals. * Mentorship & Strategic Planning: Train coordination teams, participate in KPI development, and contribute to organizational efficiency.
