The Senior Project Manager will have the opportunity to: * Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and allocated resources. * Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. * Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution. * Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. * Perform risk management to minimize project risks. * Measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies. * Report and escalate issues to management as required. * Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders. * Establish and maintain strong partnerships with third-party vendors. * Contribute to drafting new and improving existing PMO policies and processes. * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. * Prepare and deliver clear presentations and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. * Maintain a solution-oriented mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize processes and improve delivery efficiency. What do you need to succeed in this role? * Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager, with strong IT/technology delivery experience. * Experience in FinTech or Financial Services is considered an advantage. * Excellent command of the English language. * PRINCE2 or PMI PMP certification is considered an advantage. * Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies across complex projects. * Proven experience managing third-party suppliers and partners. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment. * Experience with Jira and Confluence. * Experience with MS Project.
