The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with ambitions for personal success, who enjoys working in a Team environment, managing timelines and ensuring successful delivery while aligning with business objectives. The candidate must have experience in managing full project lifecycles, from planning and execution to delivery, preferably in Fintech, Brokerage or Banking Sectors. Reporting Line - Director, IT Operations Worksite: Remote/ Hybrid/ On-site Responsibilities * Interact with Business and IT clients * Receive and analyze project Ideas * Identify stakeholders, form project scope and team * Manage end-to-end project lifecycle * Manage project budget * Ensure project progress and deadlines * Creatively solve Issues that arise * Manage risks and mitigation efforts * Evaluate and control project results * Actively collaborate with Business Project management Office Qualifications * Experience in project management in IT area for at least 3 years * Experience in Fintech / Brokerage / Banking IT is a plus * Technical proficiency. Understanding of IT technology: IT infrastructure, Clouds, development lifecycle (scrum, agile) * Familiar with Atlassian Jira * PMP certification is a plus * Understanding of IT information security specifics * Working English language * Good communication skills, ability to interact with internal clients * Good analytical skills, ability to drive non-obvious tasks to completion * Flexibility.
