Join us in creating a new standard for wealth management: https://exantecareers.com Location: Remotely Worksite: Remotely Key responsibilities: · Support of the existing extensive code base (microservices); · Development of external connection points to the trading system: backend for interfaces, HTTP API, FIX API; · Optimization and modification of the architecture of existing infrastructure in order to increase productivity and facilitate further maintenance. Requirements: · 3+ years of Scala development experience; · Knowledge of various JVM multithreading models (blocking, CAS, Future/Promise, Actors); · Understanding of the basic ideas of functional programming (recursion, laziness, pure functions); · Knowledge and ability to work with scala collections, understanding of for-comprehensions; · Experience with the akka library (akka-http, akka-streams, actor model); · Knowledge of basic data structures and basic algorithms; · Experience with SQL; · Ability to write tests and understanding the need for this; · Independence and responsibility in work.
