As the owner of our hiring processes, your contributions will be essential to helping us scale thoughtfully and deliver optimal results to our customers. Responsibilities: * Build relationships, coach and partner with hiring teams to understand business needs and goals, and set talent acquisition strategies accordingly. * Own and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process providing an outstanding candidate experience. * Execute thoughtful interviews with a highly technical approach. * Guide candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth path towards the final rounds. * Utilize various sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach and ATS database management. * Use data and metrics reporting to drive continuous process and strategy improvement.  * Act as a team player, supporting and collaborating in all Recruiting initiatives.
