Role: Senior Social Designer Location: Remote working until further notice   A Little Bit About the Role: A social-first content studio built to deliver always-on and campaign content across multiple markets and multiple coffee products. We’re building a team that owns social end-to-end: from insight and ideas to creation, publishing, and optimisation. As Senior Social Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life visually, ensuring content is not only on-brand but also engaging, platform-native, and built to perform. This is an opportunity to shape social creative output in a fast-paced environment where: * Content is produced at scale * Adaptation across markets is critical * Performance drives iteration * On trend platform knowledge is key The brief is simple: design dynamic static and motion content that stands out, works hard, and engages the relevant community. You’ll be responsible for driving visual craft across the studio, working closely with Content Creators, Strategists, and Social teams to produce high-quality social-first assets. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will: * Translate ideas into strong, platform-native visuals * Build assets that can be scaled and adapted across markets The Work  * Ensure visual consistency and quality across all content * Provide direction as well as deliver across all phases of projects, from strategic concept development through final, hands-on execution - championing both traditional and AI-assisted approaches. * Develop and refine concepts, storyboards, and mood boards - directly leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate, enhance, or transform ideation and production processes. * Take a hands-on role in asset creation and design, setting the creative standard by example and delivering on projects. * Inspire and guide, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and help expand GenAI proficiency and tool adoption across the team. * Oversee the quality and consistency of creative output of your projects - reviewing and shaping work produced by yourself and others to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, client objectives, and evolving best practices in AI-powered content. * Guide presentations and pitch new creative approaches to clients, articulating the strategic and visual value of GenAI-powered solutions. * Ensure the timely, efficient, and effective delivery of finished assets across multiple projects. You’ll operate in a high-volume, fast-moving environment, balancing creative thinking with efficient delivery. Success in this role means consistently high-quality content, delivered at pace, with clear improvements driven by insight and performance. What You’ll Do 1. Build Scalable Design Systems * Create and maintain: * Templates * Layout systems * Modular design assets * Ensure content can be: * Adapted quickly * Localised across markets * Reused in multiple formats   1. Multi-Market Adaptation * Adapt content for different markets (e.g. UK, France), ensuring: * Visual consistency * Cultural relevance * Formatting and language accuracy * Support efficient versioning of assets across markets and platforms   1. Performance-Driven Design * Work with Data and Social teams to: * Understand what visuals perform best * Optimise design based on engagement signals * Continuously refine: * Layouts * Formats * Creative approaches   1.
