How you will contribute We are seeking a highly skilled, self-directed Senior Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in AWS serverless services (or equivalent cloud platforms), strong proficiency in TypeScript, and a deep understanding of OAuth/OIDC and identity authentication flows. Exposure to AI technologies and skills is highly desirable. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud-native applications. * Architect, develop, and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and related services (or equivalent on other cloud providers). * Write clean, maintainable, and efficient TypeScript code for backend and integration services. * Design and implement secure authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM and related identity standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements. * Work independently and take ownership of projects, driving them from concept to production with minimal supervision. * Integrate and leverage AI technologies where appropriate to enhance product capabilities and development. * Ensure best practices in cloud security, scalability, and reliability. * Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Qualifications * 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.) or equivalent experience with another major cloud provider. * Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js. * Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO, SCIM and modern identity authentication flows. * Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., AWS CDK & Terraform). * Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices. * Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications * Exposure to AI/ML technologies, frameworks, or cloud-based AI services. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. * Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and microservices architecture. * Exposure to working with graph databases  is a plus.  * Exposure to monitoring, logging, and observability tools in cloud environments Compensation The base range for this role is $120,000- $135,000 depending upon level of experience.
