We are looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional who understands both the strategic value of AI and the critical role that trusted data plays in delivering successful business outcomes. This role combines consultative enterprise selling, AI thought leadership, and deep engagement with senior decision-makers across large organizations. The successful candidate will help enterprise clients unlock value through Dun & Bradstreet's Sales & Marketing Solutions, Master Data, and AI-enabled data offerings, creating measurable business impact while accelerating D&B's growth in Finland.   The Role As a Senior Solution Sales Manager, AI & Trusted Data Solutions, you will work with some of Finland's largest enterprises, helping them improve customer acquisition, sales effectiveness, data governance, AI readiness, and business decision-making. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, translating complex AI and data concepts into tangible business value. Working closely with Relationship Managers, Client Success, Product teams, and strategic partners, you will identify opportunities, develop compelling value propositions, and execute growth strategies across existing and new accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise AI initiatives, master data challenges, revenue generation processes, and how trusted third-party data can improve AI outcomes and business performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Enterprise Growth & Solution Selling * Drive new business, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within large enterprise accounts. * Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders. * Develop account strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed revenue objectives. * Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and stakeholders. * Lead negotiations, business case development, and commercial discussions. AI & Trusted Data Advisory * Help clients understand the importance of high-quality, governed data in AI initiatives. * Position Dun & Bradstreet as a strategic AI and data partner. * Demonstrate how trusted business data improves AI model effectiveness, automation, customer intelligence, risk assessment, and decision-making. * Engage with business, data, analytics, AI, and technology leaders to identify opportunities where D&B data can drive measurable value. * Act as a subject matter expert in AI data readiness, business data quality, and commercial data applications. Master Data & Sales & Marketing Solutions * Drive adoption of D&B Master Data solutions to improve data quality, governance, compliance, and operational efficiency. * Position D&B Sales & Marketing Solutions to help clients identify, prioritize, and engage their best prospects. * Support clients in improving customer acquisition, segmentation, territory planning, and go-to-market execution. * Collaborate with technical and product specialists to design client-specific solutions. Market Leadership * Maintain expertise in AI, data management, business intelligence, customer data, and emerging technology trends. * Represent Dun & Bradstreet at industry events, customer workshops, and executive forums. * Share market insights with internal stakeholders and contribute to product and solution development. * Build relationships with ecosystem partners including cloud providers, AI platforms, and enterprise technology vendors. ABOUT YOU: Experience * 8+ years of successful enterprise sales experience. * Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within enterprise SaaS, data, analytics, technology, consulting, or software environments. * Demonstrated success selling solutions to large enterprise organizations. * Experience engaging C-level executives and senior decision-makers. * Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales opportunities. AI & Data Knowledge * Strong understanding of enterprise AI initiatives and how organizations leverage AI to create business value. * Knowledge of data quality, master data management, customer data, analytics, and business intelligence concepts. * Ability to articulate the relationship between trusted data and successful AI outcomes. * Experience discussing AI strategy, governance, data readiness, and business transformation initiatives with enterprise clients. Skills * Exceptional consultative selling and relationship management skills. * Strong business acumen and commercial mindset. * Excellent presentation, communication, and executive engagement capabilities. * Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills. * Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes. * Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and modern sales methodologies. * Fluency in Finnish and English is required for this role Preferred Qualifications * Experience selling data, analytics, AI, cloud, master data, customer data, risk, compliance, or digital transformation solutions. * Familiarity with Microsoft, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, hyperscaler ecosystems, or enterprise data platforms. * Understanding of AI governance, data governance, and enterprise data strategies. * Experience working with B2B sales and marketing technologies.
