You’ll collaborate across global teams to ensure flawless execution, mitigate risks, and keep programs on track. Your work will enable ASM to deliver cutting-edge technology that powers the future of electronics. What you will be working on * Manage high-volume semiconductor equipment projects from BOM upload through customer delivery. * Facilitate cross-functional project teams and proactively assess and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle. * Monitor program execution using schedule tracking and reporting, evaluate metrics, and implement corrective actions. * Communicate project status to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with committed timelines. * Resolve critical issues by engaging subject matter experts and driving solutions. * Lead multiple projects simultaneously and interface with executive leadership. * Review build plans, identify constraints, and recommend improvements. * Participate in forecasting, production scheduling, and material requirements planning. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead special projects. * Perform other duties as assigned. What we are looking for * Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or relevant disciplines  * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in high-tech, semiconductor manufacturing, materials management, or related fields. * Proven experience in program management or engineering project leadership for configurable products in a global market. * Strong project management and analytical skills. * Effective oral and written communication skills. * Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP system * Knowledge of production control, forecasting, and project management processes.
