We pride ourselves on promoting talent when we see it, and work with each professional to define what success means for them.”       Your role: * Working closely with Tax Partners and other senior tax staff, to develop and implement tax planning assignments for clients * Performing technical research and documenting tax plan recommendations * Preparing individual and corporate tax returns * Collaborate with peers and senior management on file planning and completion within time constraints * Provide personal, attentive service to clients to encourage productive working relationships * Identifying client service opportunities What you bring to the table: * Successful completion of the Common Final Evaluation (CFE), at a minimum, writing the CFE Fall 2026 * 1-2 years of experience in a professional services firm * Tax experience considered an asset * Experience leading junior staff on client deliverables * Self-motivation with an ability to work both independently and in a team environment * Strong analytical skills and creativity to identify problems and potential solutions  * Strong proficiency in client-focused service * Excellent written and verbal communications skills * Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting time lines * A passion for tax work!
