We’re searching for a Senior Staff Signal Integrity Engineer. In this role you will * Lead Signal Integrity(SI), Power Integrity(PI)  implementation in advanced autonomous driving hardware systems, Sensors and hardnesses. * Develop and implement simulation methodology for PCB, high speed channel and SOC to optimize SI/PI performance. * Model complex 3D structures, such as PCB Connector and cables * Extract and characterize high speed channel and compliance against industry standards * Lead  high speed interfaces validation in lab with high end scope, VNA and spectrum analyzer Required qualifications * MS (PhD preferred) in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering Degree, with 8 + years of industry experience * Experience with design and implementation of high speed electrical interfaces, such as PCIE Gen4/Gen5, high speed or automotive ethernet, DDR/LPDDR4/5, MIPI, HDMI, USB,etc * Good EM  knowledge and proficient at SI/PI simulation tools, HFSS/SIwave, ADS or Cadence Sigrity. * Solid understanding  transmission line theory,  S-parameter, signal processing and PCB material, Stackup and fabrication process. * Strong lab skills and experience with VNA, real time Scope, spectrum analyzer and TDR, etc Desirable qualifications * Experienced with automotive hardware development * Experience with mix signal design  * Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Perl or Python The base salary range for this position is $197,000 - $285,000 per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
