We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in partnering closely with senior leaders across technical, sales and corporate functions. You’ll be more than just a recruiter — you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, helping attract exceptional talent, strengthen employer brand and influence hiring strategy across the organisation. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Partner with leaders across the business to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions * Manage multiple vacancies across technical, sales, operational and corporate functions * Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement * Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding * Drive recruitment best practice, process improvement and stakeholder engagement * Support employer branding initiatives, talent campaigns and networking activities * Work closely with agencies where required while maximising direct sourcing outcomes WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Proven experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role - Minimum 5-8 years Recruitment/ Talent Experience. * Experience recruiting Sales professionals would be desirable. * Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels * Confident sourcing and attracting passive talent in competitive markets * Commercial mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Agency recruitment experience highly regarded WHY US? * We’re proud to be Great Place to Work-Certified™️2025 for 2 years running. * We have been named a Global Winner of the 2026 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for the third year running. * We have the highest Net Promoter Score on the ASX, the World's best customer experience & crowned in 2020 at the World Communications Awards. * You’ll make an impact: Enjoy being part of a driven team with a collaborative culture that values decision-makers and action. * We Invest in you: Accelerate your career through our learning and development opportunities - think Gallup strengths-based training, defined career pathways and fantastic internal mobility opportunities across the group.
