About the Role As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Airwallex, you will play a key role in building our high-performing teams. You'll take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with leaders and hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent across a range of critical functions. You'll drive scalable recruiting strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and help shape the future of Airwallex as we continue our rapid global expansion. Responsibilities: * Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across multiple business units and regions * Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market * Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning needs and provide consultative guidance * Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse, top-tier talent through creative sourcing techniques and strong relationship management * Deliver a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey * Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform continuous improvement * Contribute to employer branding, campus recruitment, and other strategic people initiatives Requirements: * 3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably within technology, fintech, or high-growth environments * Demonstrated success filling commercial and business-critical roles. * Proven ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; adept at building partnerships with hiring managers and leadership * Experience with modern sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics * Passion for building high-performing, inclusive teams * Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong attention to detail What Sets You Apart: * Experience scaling hiring in a global fintech, payments, or SaaS company * Familiarity with international hiring and workforce planning * Track record of innovative approaches to employer branding and talent marketing * Ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguity What We Offer: * Play a pivotal role in Airwallex’s continued global scale and success * Opportunity to partner with exceptional teams and leaders * Competitive compensation and benefits * Dynamic, high-growth environment with clear career progression * Flexible, inclusive workplace culture Join Airwallex and help us build the teams that will shape the future of global business.
