These locations behave differently than other less demanded locations and therefore require customized and cross-functional strategies.  The Categories team, takes on a category-specific focus on the experiences that matter most to travelers. Our mission is to own and grow a portfolio of Entrance ticket categories — spanning both established and emerging segments. THE ROLE We are looking for a senior strategic leader to lead a team of Senior Managers who build the strategies, partnerships, and capabilities across distinct categories.  You will set the vision and direction for how GetYourGuide enters and scales specific verticals  This role reports into the Head of Top Points of Interest. YOUR MISSION * Assess and prioritise sub-categories based on market opportunity, traveler demand, and strategic fit. * Translate market analysis and traveler insights into a clear roadmap for growing each sub-category. * Develop the value proposition and go-to-market approach for each sub-category, driving performance across both established and emerging segments. * Oversee the end-to-end performance and growth of each sub-category, setting clear goals, milestones, and success metrics. * Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams * Lead, coach, and grow a team of Go-to-Market Managers, each responsible for owning and scaling an individual sub-category. * Report monthly progress across all sub-categories to key stakeholders, including the Executive team. Stakeholders. * Represent the team's strategy and results with clarity and conviction, driving buy-in and resource allocation. * Define team ways of working, playbooks, and processes to enable scale. YOUR TOOLKIT * You have 5 to 10 years work experience, incl. people management.
