Steady Job History- (minimum 15 months experience with 1 employer) TECHNICAL SKILLS Active Directory- Admin Experience is required * Adding new users/computers * Passwords * Deleting users from AD * New hire account set up and de-provisioning experience. *   Office 365 Experience- Admin Experience is required * Working knowledge with Teams, One Drive and Share point * Should know how to assign the license and recapture licenses Setting up new printers/peripherals * Installation/set up * Trouble shoot any issue. * Experience with Print Server Setting up/troubleshoot Hardware Experience with installing Software Experience with 2 factor Authentication, preferably Okta * Setting up * Resetting Password VPN/Wi-Fi Setting up VPN/ Wi-Fi * Trouble shoot VPN/Wi-Fi issues *   Experience with ServiceDesk, preferably Jira * Open/modify/close Service requests.
