About the Role Extreme Networks is seeking a dynamic Services Account Executive to lead the charge in growing our service business with our Enterprise clients. In this high-impact role, you'll own the full services number and have a strategic focus on expanding and optimizing Extreme Service across the Enterprise region. This is a remote position offering flexibility while delivering measurable results. You'll report directly to the Director of Service Sales and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.   Key Responsibilities * Drive Revenue Growth: This is a commission-based role.  Your earnings will correlate with your ability to close and grow business.  Own the full services number and forecast, with accountability for revenue expansion and optimization of Extreme Services * Account Expansion: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing and new clients to maximize service growth and solutions that make our customers happy with Extreme.  You’ll do this by selling Premier Services, Professional Services, Cloud Services, Monitoring Services, upselling Service Renewal contracts.  * Solution Selling: Partner with Account Executives, channel partners, and end users to develop and present service solutions on new and renewal opportunities * Market Awareness: Drive service awareness across the Enterprise region, positioning Extreme Services as a critical component of customer solutions * Strategic Forecasting: Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts with twice-weekly updates, ensuring visibility and accountability across the sales organization * Collaborative Leadership: Work cross-functionally with Services Delivery, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success teams to maximize client value and identify expansion opportunities * Problem Solving: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, identifying challenges and developing innovative service solutions * Channel Enablement: Present solutions to channel partners and end users, driving adoption and engagement through effective communication and education   Required Qualifications * 3-5 years of enterprise software or services sales experience * Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing a sales forecast * Strong consultative selling skills with ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions * Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to executive-level buyers * Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in an account-based selling model * Self-motivated, results-driven professional with strong organizational skills * Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience   Preferred Qualifications * Experience selling IT services, cloud services, or managed services * Background in networking, cybersecurity, or enterprise infrastructure solutions * Knowledge of Extreme Networks products or competitive landscape * Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models * Track record of successful service expansion and renewal management * Enterprise sales experience in the North American market   What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver who: * Thrives in a remote, independent work environment * Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment * Is passionate about understanding customer business challenges and delivering service solutions * Excels at cross-functional collaboration and building internal partnerships * Has a competitive drive tempered with consultative, client-focused approach * Brings energy, enthusiasm, and accountability to every interaction   What We Offer * Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere within the Central US (preferred) region.  Will consider other locations depending on experience * Growth Opportunity: Join a leader in enterprise networking and security with clear career progression * Competitive Compensation: Attractive base salary plus commission structure * Supportive Team: Collaborate with experienced sales leaders and cross-functional teams dedicated to your success * Industry Impact: Drive meaningful value for enterprise customers while building your sales expertise   Location & Reporting * Position Type: Full-time, Remote * Location Preference: Central US * Reports To: Director of Service Sales   Ready to Make an Impact? Compensation: This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated OTE compensation range of  170,000 t0 190,00USD. The posted range reflects the amount Extreme Networks reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role upon hire. This range is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria based on skills, experience, responsibility, and working conditions.  Actual compensation offered will depend on the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and work location.
