Job Summary: The Parts Counter primary duty is to order and sell a variety of vehicle parts and accessories.   Supervisory Responsibilities - None   Duties/Responsibilities:          * Answer phone calls and respond to questions and requests about parts.·          * Coordinate with the service team to ensure parts are available or ordered promptly when needed.         * Receive, unpack, log and store parts.          * Track inventory and input items into the company log to ensure accurate inventory counts. * Assist customers in determining what parts they need. *  Process payments and returns when necessary. * Other tasks as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: * Possess mechanical and auto parts knowledge.  * Ability to understand sales training and new product information. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. * Punctual, reliable and must have good communication skills.
