Currently, bbf: is looking to expand its internal staff and is seeking for a Site Engineer in Limassol.   Main tasks and responsibilities: * Day-to-day management of on-site operations to ensure successful project completion within time, budget, and quality constraints. * Planning and scheduling of project activities. * Overseeing building works. * Ordering and overseeing the delivery of required site materials. * Coordination and management of subcontractors. * Managing labor costs. * Maintaining records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, and reports. * Ensuring the implementation of health & safety procedures, policies, and legislation.   Requirements for the position: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction. * Project management skills. * Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach to work. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Ambitious and self-motivated. * Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project. * Languages: English and Greek.    What do we offer: * Competitive compensation package. * Young, dynamic, and friendly working environment. * Fast growing company with potential career perspectives. * Interesting and challenging daily tasks within various departments of the company.
