We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in the Limerick area for a life sciences fit out project - cleanroom or cold room experience is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely delivering an interior fit-out project on time and to budget, the contracts and works under their control. Site Manager Responsibilities: - Deliver Projects in accordance with Ardmac Safety First Guiding Principles - The provision of or ensuring that information, instruction and training is provided to Operatives and Subcontractors in emergency procedures and the content of Risk Assessments and safe systems of work. - Ensuring the review Sub-Contractor documentation for adequacy with regard to task planning, risk assessment, training, resources and supervision on their sites. - Ensuring all works installed as per correct issue of drawings and that works are inspected to ensure compliance to specification. - Ensuring environmental management plans are developed and implemented for all relevant sites u - Maintain excellent working relationship with Client/ Project team throughout the contract. - Carrying all day to day activities in a professional manner in line with our companies systems and procedures.
