By relying on technical insights and a data-driven approach, we create disruptive future-defining innovations of the fin-tech industry that remain our basis for success  Responsibilities * 8-hour shifts * Monitoring the infrastructure with several monitoring tools * Ability to communicate clearly and escalate problems * Performing preliminary investigation of alerts * Conducting basic triage of requests/problems * Interacting with DevOps and Engineering teams Requirements * Hands-on experience in working with system monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, Opsgenie) * 1+ years of relevant System/IT Administration experience * Good understanding of Windows Server 2022, 2019 administration principles * Experience and knowledge of networks * Troubleshooting skills * English Pre-Intermediate Will be a plus * Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Ansible * Experience with MetaTrader * Experience in the trading domain We offer * 20 paid vacation days per year * 10 paid sick leave days per year * Medical insurance * Opportunity to work remotely * Professional education budget * Language learning budget * Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)
