Apply here with your resume OR in person at 808 Dearborn Ave, Waterloo IA, 50703 * $18.00 - $21.00 to start depending on experience, up to $2.00 raise at 90 days * 40 hours of PTO after 90 days * Medical, Dental and vision insurance as low as $15 per week * Monday through Friday with OT and Saturdays as needed * 1st or 2nd shift available What You'll Do: * Work Indoor and/or outdoor year-round to scrap and recycle electrical equipment * Operate industrial tools and equipment to cut and dismantle transformers * Hand sort and separate materials based on metal type * Operate forklifts and material handlers to move heavy loads * Follow strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For: * 1+ years of industrial, mechanical, or outdoor work experience preferred * Experience operating heavy equipment preferred (e.g., forklifts, skid steers, material handlers, or overhead cranes) * Ability to lift and handle heavy materials throughout the shift * Strong work ethic and reliability * Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred * Must complete a favorable drug test, background check, and physical A-Line EDS is an Equal Opportunity Employer
