Purpose of Position The SME Sales Manager - LATAM position will play a crucial role in accelerating the growth of Awin’s presence with a strong focus on LATAM. This strategic role focuses on educating and guiding small and medium sized advertisers through the value proposition of Awin’s affiliate marketing platform and managed services. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective advertisers, building strong relationships, and offering tailored solutions that demonstrate the effectiveness of Awin’s platform to drive performance and business growth. Key Tasks * Develop & maintain an accurate Latam and Global prospect/sales pipeline daily of all sales activities, leads and interactions using Salesforce CRM system * Conduct targeted outbound prospecting efforts to identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other channels * Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals, and effectively communicate how our product/service can address their specific requirements * Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships * Deliver persuasive and compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique value proposition of our product/service * Adopt a consultative & mature approach, engaging with senior decision-makers about strategic market trends, industry progression and online developments * Ensure consistency in introductions/proposals to prospects, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling * Attend appropriate client and industry, in person and virtual, events to enhance new and existing relationships acting as a point of knowledge and expertise * Engage in continuous development and learning opportunities through Awin Academy, webinars, and more * Drive and oversee the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to a signed contract and internal handoff Skills & Expertise  To be successful you will need to meet the below requirements: * Preferred affiliate marketing experience but not required * Required to go into the office at least once per week or as needed depending on client meetings, events, etc. * Strong networking and interpersonal skills with ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team * Confident communicator who is comfortable interacting with clients via telephone and email * Results-orientation and drive to maximize both financial and career opportunities * Ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy including all MS Office applications and Salesforce Our Offer * Flexi-Week: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing by offering you a four-day Flexi-Week (with one lighter or completely disconnected day per week) at full pay, with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance. * Flexi-Office: We offer an international culture and flexibility through our hybrid working model, designed to foster collaboration, trust, and autonomy. * Work Expense Contribution & Remote Working Furniture: You will receive a monthly allowance to cover part of your running costs, as well as a furniture package to support you in setting up a comfortable workspace at home. * Meal Vouchers: we offer you meal vouchers for lunch * Public Transportation: you are entitled to a transportation voucher or card to commute to the office In addition, you’ll benefit from our global offering, including health and wellbeing initiatives, learning and development via Awin Academy, and peer-to-peer recognition programmes.
