This role is for a self-directed professional who can develop and execute a full social strategy, produce high-quality content that speaks to modern parents, and build a steady stream of influencer and UGC-driven material — all with minimal hand-holding. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning * Develop and own the Instagram content strategy aligned with brand values and subscription growth goals * Build and manage a detailed content calendar that keeps the brand posting consistently and on-brand * Identify content gaps and opportunities, and proactively bring ideas to the table Content Creation & Production * Create engaging short-form video and static content — authentic, human, and never AI-looking * Write captions that connect with moms and parents without sounding salesy * Select cover images, manage thumbnails, and ensure every post looks intentional and polished UGC & Influencer Sourcing * Actively find and reach out to influencers and UGC creators in the parenting and lifestyle space * Build a content library and flywheel so fresh, authentic material is always available to publish * Coordinate approvals, repurposing rights, and cross-channel use of creator content Performance & Iteration * Monitor Instagram analytics and adjust strategy based on engagement and growth trends * Report on what is working and evolve the approach with each content cycle Required Qualifications * Native or near-native English fluency in both writing and speaking * A compelling portfolio showing real brand ownership — not just posts you were given to schedule * Demonstrably strong visual sensibility and content production skills beyond basic Canva * Hands-on experience running influencer or UGC coordination pipelines * Proven track record owning a social media presence from strategy through execution * Must have prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies and proficiency with remote tools such as Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, or Google Workspace.
