JOB TITLE: CONTENT CREATOR (SOCIAL MEDIA & VIDEO) Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) ROLE OVERVIEW We are hiring a Content Creator to produce engaging, creative video and social media content designed to connect with audiences and build brand presence. This role is highly hands-on and creator-led, with a strong emphasis on originality, trends, and audience engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Create engaging short-form video and social content for social platforms * Ideate and execute content aligned with brand voice and social trends * Film, edit, and publish content in a consistent and timely manner * Adapt creative concepts for different platforms and formats * Collaborate with Marketing and Social teams on content themes and campaigns * Monitor engagement and iterate on content ideas based on performance REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Demonstrated experience creating social media and video content for brands or businesses * Strong creative instincts and understanding of social media trends * Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered * Comfortable managing content creation independently from concept to publish * Strong attention to detail and brand alignment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Comfort appearing on camera or directing on-camera talent * Experience creating UGC-style or creator-led content * Familiarity with social analytics and engagement metrics TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY * Video Editing: CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar * Design: Canva * Social Platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn * Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.
