We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) to align with business goals. - Create engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, tailored to the target audience and platform specifications. - Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including daily monitoring, posting, and interaction with followers. - Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, click-through rates) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insights for optimization. - Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns and maintain brand relevance. - Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and community engagement. - Assist in developing and managing paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis. - Monitor competitors and industry leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
