Software Development Lead JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience Range: 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, including substantial hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies Key Responsibilities: * Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, focusing on Case Management, Digital Engagement, Field Service, and Self Service modules to drive operational excellence * Lead the implementation of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Flows, and Platform Events to enhance business processes and user experience, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones * Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce DX to enable seamless data exchange and process automation * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Portal UI/UX, ensuring intuitive interfaces and improved user satisfaction scores * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments, maintaining system reliability and performance metrics * Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment within Salesforce ecosystems * Monitor and analyze platform performance, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve scalability, security, and maintainability Required Skills: * Salesforce Service Cloud Case Management * Salesforce Service Cloud Digital Engagement * Salesforce Service Cloud Field Service * Salesforce Service Cloud Self Service configuration * Apex programming * Lightning Web Components (LWC) * Salesforce Flows * Platform Events * Salesforce DX Preferred Skills: * Advanced Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs * Portal UI/UX optimization for high user adoption * CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments * Experience with data migration tools and strategies in Salesforce Desired Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline * Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant * Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
