Captivation is looking for software developers who can get stuff done while making a difference in support of the mission to protect our country.   DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------- Captivation Software is looking for a senior level software engineer who will be assisting with daily responsibilities.    REQUIREMENTS ---------------------------------------- SECURITY CLEARANCE: * Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Fifteen (15) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required * Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. REQUIRED SKILLS: * General Python scripting and large Python systems design/development * C/C++ systems design/development * Scripting languages (Bash, awk, sed, powershell) * RF Signals Familiarity DESIRED SKILLS: * STM32 microcontroller software development experience * Familiarity with STM32CubeMX, STM32CubeIDE, STM32CubeProgrammer, STM32CubeMonitor) * Work with Raspberry Pi4, 5 series products * Hardware solutions breadboarding, debug and related tools (multimeter, etc) * Familiarity with silicon digital logic devices (demux, mux, gating, etc) * RF Signals analysis tools, test tools, and their usage (FieldFox, Spectrum analyzer) * Customer AI web services (both networks)   This position is open for direct hires only.
