Develop your knowledge of technologies such as Python, LangChain, Langfuse, retrieval, and agentic workflows as relevant to the problems you are solving. * Use Data-Driven Decision Making to understand how features and systems are performing, drawing on product data, application telemetry, user feedback, quality measures, and other evidence to validate decisions and guide iteration after launch. * Demonstrate Change Agility as product priorities, customer needs, and technologies evolve, learning new tools and approaches while continuing to deliver reliable software in small, validated iterations. * Contribute to the quality and health of the broader engineering platform through code reviews, testing, observability, documentation, and improvements to reliability, maintainability, and developer experience; participate in cross-squad initiatives when your expertise or team’s work can contribute. * Collaborate openly with engineers across levels and functions, sharing knowledge and supporting the growth and onboarding of less-experienced engineers while continuing to learn from Senior and Staff Engineers.
