ROLE SCOPE * Build the software behind new product introduction: test orchestration, data capture, and analysis for new hardware. * Ship the lab's tooling: benchmark automation, config management, and results databases the team runs on. * Own the data: every qualification run captured, comparable, and queryable across platforms and time. * Automate the path from lab to fleet: golden configs and validation suites packaged for deployment. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. * You've built test automation or lab software for hardware programs. * You've turned manual engineering workflows into pipelines. * You handle hardware-shaped data: telemetry, logs, and measurements at volume. * You write production-quality Python or Go and move fast with AI tooling. * You sit with the engineers who use your tools and iterate. * Bonus: Hardware test harnesses.
