ROLE SCOPE * Build the software behind data center robotics: task planning, fleet coordination, and integration with company systems. * Ship the autonomy glue: perception outputs, navigation stacks, and task logic composed into reliable behavior. * Own the operational tooling: monitoring, teleoperation fallback, and diagnostics for robots at remote sites. * Integrate robotics data into the platform: missions, exceptions, and outcomes queryable like everything else. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. * You've shipped software for robots or autonomous systems in production. * You've worked with ROS or equivalent middleware on real hardware. * You engineer for remote failure: recovery, fallback, and observability built in. * You've integrated robot systems with enterprise or facility software. * You debug hardware-software boundaries without a lab bench. * Bonus: Navigation and SLAM.
