You'll walk into homes as a skilled technician, execute precise solar electrical installations, upgrade service panels, and bring whole-home energy systems to life. Solar, batteries, generators — you'll be the hands-on expert making Energy Empowerment real, one installation at a time. Every job is local, and you'll roll in your own company truck. What You'll Do * Install electrical equipment and circuits, complete DC conduit runs, and interconnect PV systems to existing residential services. * Upgrade customer electrical service as needed — main panel upgrades and meter bases, external disconnects, and code compliance assessments. * Perform system testing — voltage, amperage, and power tests for each installation. * Complete commissioning and inspection checklists with precision. * Follow and enforce safety procedures and protocols on every job site. * Support service work orders and assist with other duties as assigned.
