The Projects Manager supports ACT by providing Project Management for issues & opportunities that fall outside of the normal scope of Field Service Technicians. This manager utilizes a network of subcontractors and internal resources to help cultivate and execute comprehensive creative & prompt solutions to issues or tasks that arise, acting as the SME on uncommon and complex issues. Responsibilities * Receive and respond to Special Projects requests as assigned * Manage projects through the project life cycle from initiation to final completion. * Provide planning, quotation, budget, schedule, contractor coordination, administration, oversight, and tracking for accepted Special Projects * Provide regular updates to Special Project stakeholders including weekly meetings with Field Service Managers and clients * Track and document progress in work orders for transparent and effective communication * Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure work is completed on time and within budget. * Manage multiple projects with a range of different clients and project sizes.
