IMPACT IN THIS ROLE The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing mechanical products(linear shafts, timing pulleys, bushings, locating pins, washers, etc.) to support production programs. This role requires hands-on experience in full-cycle product development, and the ability to balance cost, lead time, quality, and risk in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
