The role contributes to machine learning, generative AI, and agentic workflow use cases under the guidance of senior team members. What you will be working on * Support the design, prototyping, and testing of AI and machine learning use cases for operations. * Prepare and validate data from CRM, ERP, MES, supply chain, quality, and production systems. * Assist in developing generative AI applications such as knowledge assistants, document copilots, and search-based support tools. * Contribute to agentic automation workflows such as information retrieval, alert triage, and task orchestration. * Support model evaluation, monitoring, and troubleshooting during pilot and deployment stages. * Document requirements, assumptions, technical logic, and test results. * Work collaboratively with data, business, and technology stakeholders to support use case delivery. What we are looking for * Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in AI, analytics, data science, or software development. * Foundational knowledge of Python, SQL, and machine learning concepts. * Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
