The Role     As a Specialist on the Out of Home (OOH) team, your core responsibility is to steward OOH campaigns from inception through to fruition. You will receive hands on training in traditional and digital OOH partners and executions, and work closely with the team to deliver all required materials to support recommendations and stewardship. While heavily integrated in the planning phase the Specialist is also responsible for the oversite of the day-to-day maintenance of the accounts, supported by the Associate Specialist. Additionally, The Specialist, supported by the Supervisor, will be responsible for training the Associates.    Key Duties/Responsibilities & Desired Knowledge Base:  •    Autonomously manage day-to-day maintenance with little to no oversight   •    Oversight of maintenance across assigned account(s)     •    Billing/Contracting/invoicing, trafficking and post reporting of campaigns   •    Train direct reports to be self-sufficient to the point that they are able to manage the day-to-day maintenance on accounts with little to no oversight and then encourage/empower them to do so, once ready   •    Showcase ability to produce a high-quality level of work   •    Understanding of basic media terms and concepts   •    Familiarity with OOH industry partners: Geopath & OAAA        •    In depth knowledge of OOH formats, vendors and markets   •    Experience planning across a variety of OOH verticals:                 Required: traditional, tra-digital/digital, digital placed based                 Preferred: experiential, event partnerships/event targeted, traditional embellishments (ex. extensions, props/builds,                                         illumination, etc.)   •    Participate in strategy development and brainstorming meetings with ability to work harmoniously with internal teams on projects from start to finish   •    Steward OOH plans Including but not limited to: understand objectives of the assignment, delegation if workload, management of timeline/deadlines, writing RFP’s (consist of the ability to ensure all applicable relevant vendors are included), negotiations, clear articulation of strategy, oversee post-buy tasks (production, trafficking, installation, post reporting)   •    Ability to compile and present topline 101’s/Overviews /new market opportunities (on own or assist Sr. Specialist/Supervisor); showcasing ability to research and compile rationale    •    Participate in/attend onsite and offsite meetings/trainings   •    Participate in/attend market rides as needed        Qualifications/Skills:   Characteristics:    •    Innate curiosity and desire to learn   •    Inquisitive nature – not shy to ask questions until an answer is satisfied   Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving   •    Self-starter who approaches workload with a positive attitude •    Proactive (vs reactive) approach to projects/workload    •    Strong communication skills (written & verbal)   •    Acute attention to detail   •    Highly organized, including time management   •    Holds self accountable for errors/mistakes  Competencies:   •    Complete assigned projects in a timely manner    •    Multitask across numerous projects/accounts  •    Prioritize and reprioritize "to-do list” accordingly  •    Effectively and fairly delegate workload  •    Synthesize large volumes of information quickly   Interpersonal:   •    Build, foster and maintain strong relationships (internal/external)   •    Collaborative team player (can work independently & as part of a matrix structure)    •    Receptive to feedback and able to apply moving forward   •    Manage up/down appropriately   •    Act as a role model to direct reports and junior staff within the agency     Experience & Education:    •    Years of professional experience: 1+   •    Bachelor’s or Associates Degree is highly preferred but not required   •    Fluent in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)  •    Prior employment at a media agency, preferably within OOH   •    Experience buying and planning (not just one)          Salary and Benefits Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
