Key Responsibilities * Monitor live and completed sporting events to verify official results. * Accurately and promptly settle betting markets in accordance with company procedures. * Investigate, analyze, and resolve settlement discrepancies and result-related issues. * Ensure compliance with settlement rules, operational guidelines, and internal quality standards. * Collaborate with internal teams to address market, trading, and settlement queries. * Maintain exceptional accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail while meeting operational deadlines. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of settlement processes and workflows.
