If this sounds like a place you’d like to spend the next chapter of your career, we’d love to hear from you.  Position Summary We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Director of Product Marketing to lead the high performance Product Marketing Team at ExtraHop.  Security operations are being rebuilt around AI agents, and the industry has not yet agreed on what those agents should be trusted to do. ExtraHop is at the center of that question. In August 2026, CEO Greg Clark and 15 founding technology partners launched the Agentic SOC Alliance to define an open architecture for machine-speed defense, built on three layers: Context, Harness and Model. ExtraHop owns Context, the evidence layer that everything downstream depends on. That is the story this leader gets to tell, and it is a rare one. Most product marketing roles are about differentiating inside a category that someone else defined. This one is about helping define the category while the market is still forming its language for it. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. * 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with 5+ years of leadership experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing. * Deep expertise in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, and IT infrastructure markets, with a proven ability to market to technical and security-focused personas. * Demonstrated success in building and executing integrated product marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. * Strong technical aptitude and the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. * Proven track record of conducting competitive market analysis and using data-driven insights to craft winning positioning strategies. * Outstanding writing, communication, and presentation skills with a talent for creating content that engages both technical and business decision-makers. * Experience working with and influencing senior executives, stakeholders, and partners to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. * Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to travel up to 20% to support sales, events, and key customer engagements.
