17LIVE 歡迎對以下工作內容有興趣的產品經理加入我們的大家庭！ We are looking for a Product Manager to build and improve products that power our creator ecosystem, including creator monetization, payout and financial operations, agency management, and internal platforms. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams across multiple markets to turn complex business and operational problems into scalable product solutions. As a Product Manager for the 17LIVE product team, you should have passion for the live streaming market, focus on user experience research and being data-driven to help your team improve 17LIVE products that are used by millions of users worldwide. Furthermore, you must have a strong growth mindset. You’ll work cross-functionally and collaborate with cross-border managers, designers, marketing, business and engineering teams to plan exciting features, define milestones, manage risks and speed time to market. We are looking for candidates with strong technical & planning skills, capable of balancing multiple projects, embracing uncertainties and new challenges. Responsibilities * Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem discovery and requirement definition to launch, measurement, and iteration. * Identify product opportunities by analyzing user behavior, operational workflows, business needs, and product data. * Translate complex business and operational requirements into clear product requirements, workflows, system rules, and specifications. * Build and improve products across areas such as creator monetization, payout, agency operations, contracts, and internal platforms. * Define product priorities and manage roadmap, backlog, scope, dependencies, and trade-offs. * Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, QA, Operations, Finance, and Legal to deliver products across markets. * Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and use data to guide product decisions. * Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes and turn operational workflows into scalable product capabilities. The following experiences are favored for this position: * 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2C, B2B2C, marketplace, platform, fintech, creator economy, or other relevant internet products. * Experience owning products through the full product lifecycle, from problem definition to launch and iteration. * Strong ability to break down ambiguous or complex problems into structured product solutions. * Experience designing workflows, business rules, or system-based products involving multiple stakeholders or systems. * Comfortable working with data and defining product metrics to evaluate outcomes. * Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience working with distributed or cross-border teams. * Fluent in English and Mandarin. Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly valued: * Creator economy / marketplace platforms * Monetization, wallet, payout, payment, or financial operations * Internal platforms, back-office systems, or workflow automation * Agency, merchant, seller, or partner management platforms * Contract, compliance, tax, KYC, or other rule-heavy product domains Good to have: * Experience working on both mobile and web products. * Experience building products for Japan or collaborating with Japanese stakeholders. * Experience using AI or automation to improve product or operational workflows. * Japanese language proficiency.
