This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex organizational needs RESPONSIBILITIES * Solution Design and Implementation: * Design and architect Salesforce OM solutions aligned with client business requirements * Lead the implementation of Salesforce OM systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure * Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation * Technical Leadership: * Provide technical guidance to development teams and junior architects * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications * Troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions * Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences * Project Management: * Oversee multiple Salesforce OM projects simultaneously * Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success * Continuous Improvement: * Stay updated on Salesforce OM software updates and industry best practices * Propose and implement process improvements for Salesforce OM projects * Contribute to the development of reusable components and templates REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field * 8+ years of experience with Order Management systems (Salesforce OM a plus) * Strong understanding of order management and inventory processes * Proven track record of successful OM projects * Advanced knowledge of OM architecture and functionality * Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong leadership and team management skills * Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
