ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage multiple security installation projects within our client's Supply Chain facilities. * Coordinate and oversee contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within established milestones. * Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule risks, delays, and project obstacles. * Serve as the primary communication point between Client, contractors, field teams, and other project stakeholders. * Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.Track project deliverables, milestones, action items, and completion dates. * Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.Review project schedules and validate contractor performance against established timelines. * Escalate issues and provide resolution recommendations to client leadership as needed. * Maintain project documentation, reports, and project records. * Support project closeout activities and ensure all documentation and deliverables are completed accurately. * Promote a high level of professionalism, quality, and customer service throughout project execution. * Adhere to all company, customer, and safety requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: * 3+ years of Project Management experience in Security, Construction, Technology, Low Voltage, Access Control, CCTV, or related industries. * Experience managing large-scale, multi-site projects preferred. * Understanding of security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, or related technologies preferred. * Proven ability to manage schedules, milestones, and contractor performance. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Experience presenting project updates to executive-level stakeholders. * Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint. * Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * PMP certification is a plus but not required. * College degree preferred but not required based on applicable experience.   PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Project Management experience. Supply Chain, Distribution Center, or Logistics facility experience. Security systems deployment and installation management. Vendor and contractor management.
