THE ROLE: ACCOUNTABILITY & OWNERSHIP As a Staff Engineer, you won’t just be "working on a codebase", you'll lead the development of end-to-end features, architecting how our AI insights are surfaced to users and ensuring the system is robust, fast, and intuitive. You won't just be delivering features, you'll architect and design our platform to keep us lean and robust as we scale. You'll be a technical leader and the goto person as we make strategic and tactical tech decisions. Together, we'll build a delivery platform purpose-built to enable agentic code development in safety. WHAT YOU’LL BRING While our current stack is Svelte and Python, we believe great engineers can master any tool. We care about your ability to think like a product owner -, your obsession with quality, and your drive to move the needle for our users. If you have deep experience in React, Vue, Node, or Go and you understand how to build reliable, scalable web apps - we want to talk to you.
