In this role, you'll combine hands-on technical delivery with impact that extends beyond a single team: raising engineering standards, helping teams work through ambiguous problems, and supporting the growth of the engineers around you. You'll work as part of a team on modernization efforts and new feature initiatives, including AI-related capabilities, and your focus and team assignment may evolve based on where the organization needs expertise most. Impact in this role spans four areas: hands-on project delivery, engineering excellence across the wider backend, providing direction when problems are ambiguous, and contributing to the growth of the people around you.
