This is not a traditional product management role. You will spend a large share of your time in front of customers — often on site — shaping products that don’t fully exist yet, then staying with them through the first implementations until they actually work in production. The next year is deliberately an experimentation year: listening, prototyping, and learning what credit unions will really adopt. You will also help decide where each agent lands.
