The role of Staff Software Engineer at Jobber: As a technical champion and force multiplier, you lead and mentor teams of exceptional engineers while collaborating closely with Product and Design partners to tackle complex technical challenges. Your expertise spans architecture, design, and hands-on coding, allowing you to have a significant impact on the product and our customers. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint.
