About the Role    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Launch Managers in the successful opening and operational setup of Emma Owned & Operated stores across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, marketing, and logistics in a fast-paced, international environment.   WHAT YOU'LL DO : You will support the O&O Store Expansion team across various store openings in four markets: Portugal, Spain, Germany, and France. You will own the post-negotiation operational workstream end-to-end, tracking and coordinating all pre-opening milestones across internal teams and external partners. You will act as the central point of coordination across Marketing, CX, Operations, and Business Development during the store opening execution phase. You will monitor and follow up on all post-negotiation actions to keep opening timelines on track. You will play a meaningful role in Emma’s O&O store growth, including the launch of a brand-new market: France.
