With recent advancements in Generative AI, it is now possible to deliver delightful customer experiences at a fraction of today’s cost. Team: Maven has assembled a world-class team from Google, Meta, Amazon, and Stripe, and is supported by executives & Advisors from OpenAI, Google, HubSpot, and Stripe. Position Overview: We’re looking for a seasoned Strategic Account Executive to own and expand complex enterprise relationships. This role is built for a consultative seller who thrives in long-cycle, high-ACV deals and knows how to navigate executive buyers, cross-functional stakeholders, and rigorous enterprise buying processes. You’ll sell transformation and outcomes—not features—and partner closely with Solutions, Product, and Customer teams to drive durable customer value. What You’ll Do: * Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, from net-new acquisition through expansion * Run deep discovery to understand customer pain, success metrics, and decision criteria * Build and manage mutual success plans aligned to executive priorities * Orchestrate complex sales cycles involving technical evaluations, pilots, security reviews, and procurement * Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership * Forecast accurately and maintain disciplined pipeline management * Act as a trusted advisor to customers, positioning the platform as mission-critical infrastructure Who You Are: * 7–12+ years of experience in Strategic B2B SaaS sales to Fortune 100 companies * Proven track record of closing $200K–$2M+ ACV deals * Demonstrated success managing 6–12 month sales cycles * Experience leading or co-owning POCs, pilots, and enterprise evaluations * History of success selling into complex, multi-stakeholder environments * Comfortable owning deals from initial discovery through procurement and close How you show up: What unites us is our values and the passion we share to live by them: * We are customer champions. - You put users at the center of your thinking, advocate for their needs, and design solutions that make their lives measurably better. * We are bold in action. - You move with urgency and courage.
