Fi is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to deliver strategic and analytical insight, support investor communications, and drive ROI-positive initiatives as the company scales. You’ll work closely with Fi’s leadership team to equip the business with the models, data, and financial rigor needed to guide decision-making and evaluate new opportunities. This role offers real ownership and visibility, with the chance to apply deep financial analysis, sound judgment, and creativity to meaningful problems inside a fast-growing, investor-backed company. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Own and maintain Fi’s sales forecasts, financial models, and unit economics to support high-stakes decision-making * Partner with the Data team to define, analyze, and report core business KPIs and key drivers of consumer behavior * Prepare clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership and investors * Work closely with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy, alignment, and clarity across the business * Partner with the executive team on strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and scaling efforts, bringing financial rigor to the company’s highest-impact opportunities WHAT YOU’LL BRING: * 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment * Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement models, forecasting, and unit economics; advanced Excel fluency required * Working knowledge of ROI, LTV/CAC, GAAP, and modern analytics tools such as Tableau or SQL; VBA a plus * Structured, forward-looking thinker who can balance multiple priorities, bring clarity to complex situations, and translate messy data into sound decisions * Comfortable working cross-functionally and synthesizing inputs from across the business into a coherent financial narrative * Empathetic, collaborative partner who values diverse perspectives and supports teammates through strong analytical and organizational skills * Strong belief in measurement and accountability as the foundation for influence and impact WHY YOU'LL LOVE US: * Time to Recharge: Enjoy flexible PTO to take the breaks you need. * Top-Notch Health Coverage: We’ve got your back (and teeth and eyes) with full medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Wellness Perks: Free access to One Medical, Kindbody, and Talkspace to keep you feeling your best. * Dog-Friendly Office: Bring your pup to work — they’re part of the team, too. * Give Back to the Pups: Make tails wag with a $500 annual donation to a dog charity of your choice through our BarkBack Program. * Free Fi Membership: Your furry best friend(s) get all the benefits of a Fi collar, on us! * Love for Friends + Family: Share the Fi magic with loved ones through our gifting program.
