Who we are: Nitra's mission is to build a more efficient healthcare system and the technology that makes it possible.  Our goal is to provide an ecosystem of fintech and software solutions that help doctors better manage their practices, so they can have time back to focus on what matters to them most.   We operate with urgency, intensity, and ambition. The bar is high because the opportunity is massive. We expect excellence, ownership, and intellectual rigor from every team member. We move fast, make bold decisions, and hold ourselves accountable to results. At the same time, we believe great companies are built on trust and respect. Every voice matters. Every contribution counts. When we win, we win together.   We are scaling rapidly and on a clear trajectory toward becoming a unicorn this year — and beyond. Our growth is not accidental; it’s the result of disciplined execution, relentless focus, and a team that refuses to settle. We are building a category-defining company, and we’re looking for people who want to do the most meaningful work of their careers.   If you want comfort, this isn’t the place. If you want impact, ownership, and the chance to help build a generational fintech company, welcome.   Nitra was created by unicorn founders who have successfully scaled to thousands of customers and exited $1B+ public offerings. They are joined by an ambitious and experienced team from American Express, Citi, PayPal, Capsule, Plaid, Bloomberg, Meta, Facebook, and Mastercard. The team is backed by some of the world’s leading VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, etc.) and is supported by an expert group of advisors including the cofounders of Square and Xendit, executives from Intuit, former Governors, White House senior staffers, and a co-founder of CityMD.   Nitra maintains a hybrid work policy, with team members working from the office four days per week and Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day.    WE'RE LOOKING FOR: A Strategy & Operations Associate to join Nitra’s Strategy & Operations team and help build the operating infrastructure behind a rapidly scaling company. This is a highly cross-functional, high-ownership role supporting leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions. You’ll work across a wide range of strategic and operational priorities - from analyzing business performance and improving processes to supporting planning, solving ad hoc business problems, and helping leadership execute against company priorities. You’ll also have the opportunity to help establish and scale foundational people programs as Nitra continues to grow. This is a generalist role for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable jumping into unfamiliar problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and moving quickly from analysis to execution. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Support the development and scaling of People Operations processes, including onboarding, performance management, employee programs, and other foundational people initiatives * Partner with Strategy & Operations leaders across GTM to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and day-to-day operating priorities * Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into actionable recommendations * Build analyses, financial models, reporting, and presentations to support leadership decision-making * Own and improve operational processes, workflows, and reporting across GTM functions * Support quarterly and annual planning, forecasting, goal-setting, and performance management * Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Recruiting, and other teams to drive high-priority initiatives * Take on special projects and ambiguous business problems that require structured thinking and hands-on execution * Identify opportunities to make the business more efficient and scalable, and drive those initiatives through execution YOU HAVE: * 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a similarly analytical role at a high-growth company * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop practical solutions * Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets and business data * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders * A structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * High ownership and a bias toward action — you are comfortable taking a problem from an ambiguous starting point through execution * Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly * Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with senior leaders * Curiosity and willingness to learn new areas of the business quickly WHAT WE OFFER: Equity - Everyone at Nitra is an owner. When the company wins, you win. Competitive Salary - You’re the best of the best, and your salary will reflect your experience and reward your contributions to Nitra. Health Care - Your health comes first. We offer comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance options.
