THE TEAM We’re building a Strategy & Operations team full of business athletes and data nerds. We're obsessed with figuring out what continuously fuels the business. That means real intellectual curiosity & understanding the system behind the scenes. The best people on the team will ask "why" one more time than feels comfortable, and then go find the answer themselves. We're operators. That means we’re looking as much under the microscope as a telescope. You might spend Monday tracing a single creator's payout through three systems and then Thursday presenting the cohort-wide fix to leadership. Neither one is beneath you, and neither one is the whole job by itself. This seat isn't fixed to Creator Supply forever. As the team grows, we expect people to move to tackle the messiest business problems we’re facing. Comfort with that kind of reassignment matters as much as comfort with ambiguity inside the role. Our Ops function is scaling alongside the business, and this role will work at the center of it partnering directly with our VP Creator, Product, Eng, and Data to solve the hardest unstructured problems on the supply side of the marketplace. This role will report directly to our VP, Finance & Operations. THE ROLE Agentio's growth depends on liquidity on both sides of the marketplace. Our Creator Team owns the relationships on the supply side of the business. This role helps them with: the analytics, the targets, the incentive programs, and the fixes that make sure creators show up, deliver, get paid, and come back again and again and again. Size and balance creator supply * Set creator-number targets relative to demand — how many creators, and in which segments, we need active to keep the marketplace liquid — and track us against them. * Own the supply-and-demand read: where we're inventory-constrained versus demand-constrained, and what to pull to close the gap. Grow and activate creator supply * Own the analytics across the full funnel — from sourcing and qualification through to a creator's first accepted deal — and build the programs that close the gap at each step. * Partner with Product and Growth on the highest-leverage points in the funnel, and turn findings into concrete initiatives. Keep creators coming back * Own the analytics behind retention and reactivation — catch creators going quiet before they churn, and build the plays that bring lapsed creators back. * Turn repeat-deal behavior into a system instead of a series of one-offs. Run supply-side incentives * Partner with Strategic Finance to execute incentive programs: segment the cohort, roll it out, monitor how creators respond. * Catch what the model missed, and bring back the field read that decides whether it scales, gets redesigned, or dies. Fix what's broken, end-to-end * Own resolution when creator payments, delivery, or disbursement break down — a payout issue, a billing dispute, a void spike — and fix the root cause with Product, Eng, and Ops. * Pressure-test new supply-facing products early, and turn what you learn into improvements to the creator experience. * Build the dashboards and single source of truth that let a small team run a growing creator base without headcount scaling at the same rate. * Surface problems before they become escalations. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 4-6+ years in consulting, banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup with proven record of running through walls * Able to move fast with little structure or guidance, and comfortable owning ambiguous problems end-to-end. * Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics , especially the supply/seller side. * Experience or genuine interest in the creator economy, ad-tech, or digital media. * Demonstrated ability to work and influence cross-functionally — you're proactive, communicate well with different audiences, and have a track record of driving change in a fluid environment. * Fluent in AI tools to get your own answers instead of waiting in a queue.
