CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Build and maintain internal tools, automation systems, and software solutions across the organization * Develop scripts and applications to streamline operations and eliminate manual processes * Support engineering initiatives and ad-hoc technical projects for leadership * Design and implement data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systems * Integrate and optimize third-party tools and APIs across business functions * Contribute to infrastructure automation and DevOps workflows * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions DAY-TO-DAY * Work closely with leadership to execute on technical priorities * Write clean, maintainable code for internal tools and automation projects * Manage multiple concurrent software projects with a high degree of autonomy * Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver solutions * Debug and optimize existing systems and processes * Continuously identify opportunities to solve problems through software and automation WHAT WE VALUE * Strong programming fundamentals and software engineering practices * Problem-solving mindset with ability to architect solutions from ambiguous requirements * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment * Strong communications & stakeholder management * Intrinsic bias towards action * Interest in or exposure to the tech/AI industry preferred but not required * Fluidstack is looking for someone who can "hit the ground running" and take full ownership of their work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment QUALIFICATIONS * 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, generalist operations or consulting role, ideally at a startup or scale-up * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Physics * Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL) * Track record of shipping projects independently in fast-paced environments   SALARY & BENEFITS We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
